Last June me and my friends went to Bandung together by train,I was surprised by how convenient and clean the train was.When I arrived there,I felt so excited because I have never been there before together with my friends.But in my opinion Bandung and Jakarta doesn’t have too much diffrences.The food and street are mainly the same.So we adapt quite fast there.
After strolling around the town for a while,we decided to check in to our hotel,Bobobox! it is one of the best rated capsule hotel in Bandung.We decided to go with capsule hotel since we have never tried it before and it was a quite unforgettable experience.The toilet and facillities weere all quite clean,it has nice features inside the pod too.So we stayed up all night listening to music from the bluetooth speaker.
The second day we decided to go to Lembang Farmhouse,I thought it was quite far at first thought,but it only takes around 25minutes drive from our hotel.The entrance ticket cost 25k rupiah so,make sure to bring some cash with you.Inside we get to exchange the ticket with its iconic Lembang fresh milk.After drinking the milk,we head inside of the Farmhouse.There are so many cute animals there like cows,rabbits,and goats.My favourite got to be the baby cow/calf,they loo like puppies at first glance.We also got to go in to the goats area.It was a good experience!
When it was evening,we went out to find some delicious street food,we strolled around for about 10 minutes before deciding what to eat.I decided to eat appetizer first,fried dumpling! it was cheap and savory.Next we ate warm soto,although it was quite expensive,it was quite delicious.
In conclusion Bandung is safe and hospitable to live in.The city isn’t much diffrent from Jakarta.Which makes it ideal for people especially students to live there.It is also full of delicious foods!I suggest you to take bus/other public transportation when you visit Bandung to reduce the traffic there 😉
